Material sourcing built around the finished garment

Our sourcing work is centred on Guangzhou International Textile City and the surrounding Zhongda market, supported by a specialist supplier network across China.

We can source across the apparel fabric and trim categories available through the market. The starting point is the finished garment and the result the material has to deliver: appearance, hand feel, sewing behaviour, wash performance, compliance and repeat availability.

What we source

  • Knits: jersey, rib, pique, fleece, mesh, double-knit and stretch constructions.
  • Wovens: shirting, suiting, poplin, twill, oxford, canvas, denim and fashion fabrics.
  • Performance materials: wicking, quick-dry, water-resistant, high-visibility, anti-static and other specified functions.

No minimum order

Low-quantity requests are welcome. We can look for stock, sample cuts, trial quantities or a production route that fits the project. Exact availability, colour continuity, replenishment, price and supplier terms are confirmed for the selected item before purchase.

How sourcing runs

  1. Define the use. Confirm garment, composition, construction, colour, performance, quantity, market and timing.
  2. Search and compare. Review market and supplier options against the same specification.
  3. Approve the material. Arrange swatches, sample metres, lab dips or trim samples as required.
  4. Purchase and handover. Confirm terms, follow the order and coordinate delivery to your factory or forwarder.
